Уточненная информация по спортивным мероприятиям.


1.)  15-16.09.12      Международный турнир среди кадетов, Молдова         - участвуют все желающие. Формировать команду и и планировать поездку будем 2 сентября в Днепре. (мне нужен предварительнный список спортсменов которые планируют принять участие в турнире до 2 сентября.)

Competition Rules: The new WTF Competition rules.
Time mode: 3 x 2 minutes (30 sec. break) For A class& G-1 tournament only
3 x 2 minutes (30 sec. break) All Beginners and Juniors advance
3 x 1,30 minutes (30 sec. break) Cadet
Age: Senior 18 years and over

Entries after dead line will not be accepted. Entries will stop at 1000 players.
Additional ID card for the coach after the deadline is possible only at
the registration. Cost: 20 Euro

Referees: Only International Referees will be accepted. However an Official
Invitation for the Referees will be sent to participating Federations.
Conditions for Referees: Round trip airfare shall be born by each participating referee. The
Organizing Committee will cover Hotel and Full board
accommodation from 2012-10-12 (check in from 16.00) until
2012-10-15 (check out before noon: 12:00).
The allowance will be 200 $USA for 2 days.
Referee meeting at 21.30 Saturday (October 12) in the official hotel
for the referees.
Protest Only the official coach is allowed to protest, immediately after the
end of the contest. An amount of € 100 (Euro) will have to be paid
for each protest.
The decision of the referee chairman is final.
Deadline 1 October 2012 the registration will be closed with the number of
1000 players.

Entry Fee € 60 (Euro) for each contestant
The Entry Fee must be paid in cash at the registration.

Payment
Entry Fees and Accommodation must be payed on the registration.
The Hotel reservation form should be sent to OC together with the guarantee letter about the
payment with the bank details of the organization.
NOTE:
Reservations and Registrations will be accepted only before the 14th September 2012.
NOTE:
Please note! Hotel reservations that are cancelled after
September 15, 2012 will be fined with 50 % of the total hotel reservation cost.
Hotel reservations that are cancelled after October 01, 2012 will be fined with 100 % of the
total hotel reservation cost.
Equipment Daedo Electronic Body Protector will be used with the latest update
– plug & play. Head gear, groin/forearm/shin guards and gloves are
compulsory will be brought by the contestants.
Mouth piece is compulsory!
Coach For every 5 contestants within the same team, one coach is granted
free admission, with a maximum of 3 coaches. Only competitors and
coaches have admittance to the competition areas.
Coaching is only allowed in sports wear. All coaches must be
18 years or older!
First Aid Will be provided by the organisation and is only to be used in case
of an emergency!
Insurance The organisation and supervisor assume no responsibility for
teams, any damages, violence, loses and injuries during the
stay in Russia. All contestants must bring their own documents and
forms for any medical treatment in the Russia. If not, this will have to
be paid in cash.
Visa The deadline for visa invitation September 15, 2012. To receive
the visa invitation letter, please, send to OC the visa form
signed by the President of WTF MNA.

Accommodations Accommodation charges for room and boarding of the teams will be
born by the participants and paid at the registration.
Together with the accommodation you can order the lunch and
dinner. The price per person: 20 Euro – lunch, 20 Euro – dinner.
Transfer If you need transportation from Airport to Hotel confirm your Flight
Schedule and the Organizing Committee will provide transportation.

The cost for transportation (from/to Aeroexpress – Hotel) is 50 Euro
per person.
The cost for the transfer (to/from sporthall - Hotel) is 50 Euro per
person.
